  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and plant milk, bringing to a simmer. The mixture will thicken.

  6. Once thickened, stir in the peas, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

  7. Pour the mushroom mixture into a pie dish. Cover with the pie crust, pressing the edges to seal. Make a few slits on top to let the steam escape.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
